Relaxation techniques

Life in our society can be really stressful. Fortunately, there are solutions to deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
One successful approach is to use meditation/relaxation techniques. A variety of such techniques are available including transcendental meditation, Buddhist meditation, mindfulness meditation.

For some people at least initially it is hard to relax their mind enough for meditation. I think a better way to start for them is breathing exercises. Some online resources:
